Very cute restaurant with a pretty diverse selection of entrees that makes it easy to feed any palette! I came here in the mood for ramen but ended up ordering a few rolls as well. They conveniently added a "Vegetarian" section on the menu to easily sort through all the veggie-friendly options, which I greatly appreciate! They also clearly label which options are vegetarian and/or vegan-friendly. I ordered the Curry Tofu Ramen - a nice-sized portion that's good to share. Delicious but not overpowering curry flavor, good noodles, and tofu quality. I really enjoyed his dish. For the table, we shared the Tempura Veggie Roll, Sweet potato roll, avocado rolls, vegetable dumplings, and red bean sesame balls. We enjoyed everything and not one piece was left behind. We also enjoyed the fun atmosphere of our dishes being delivered by race cars & robots. Despite this, human servers still passed through attentively to check in on us and refill water. Great service all around! Will definitely be returning to Kiraku in the future!
The restaurant looks like they are acquiring the space next door so soon it will become larger. As you step in, I noticed there were two robots that were near the front door and that the restaurant is divided in two and there are tables on either side of a wall. A gentleman took us to our table. I immediately saw that there is a train that zooms along on this wall and a little train-like thing delivers your orders right to your table. Our server brought us ice waters and the rest is up to you. You have to order off of a screen. To the left of the screen, there are categories like Appetizers, Dumplings, Chef's Special Rolls, Ramen, Bento Boxes, etc. There are nice photos of the majority of their dishes which help a lot. For our appetizer we chose California rolls. I had read that their ramen is really good so instead of my normal bento box, I decided to try the curry ramen with pork. When you order on the screen, you can make a note of any special requests so I said "no onion". We also ordered the tan tan ramen, and poke bowl. The order process reminded me of shopping online as you hit a button to add to your cart. It is self-explanatory and easy to order. I absolutely loved my curry ramen. It was creamy, had a rich and robust flavor and it was a beautiful curry color. We all loved the broth. Inside was half a soft boiled egg, black mushroom, bamboo shoots, thin slices of fish cake and two slices of pork. My husband enjoyed his poke bowl and he liked that it came with a bowl of miso soup and salad. Our daughter enjoyed her tan tan noodles. I tasted the broth and it does have a kick to it and a bold and full-bodied flavor. The California rolls were petite and a nice accompaniment to our meal. All the tables were full when we walked out, thus we know why they want to enlarge the space. There were many families with kids. The atmosphere, robots, and the fun train zooming past your table is entertaining, even for adults.
Great place to satisfy a sushi craving! i like their sushi boat and roll options. A little on the pricey end but everything was yummy. Haven't tried the ramen yet but maybe one day. Bf and I came on a Saturday night and it was very crowded so service was a tad slow. There's a robot that comes with the check. It's a cozy restaurant and I saw a sign that they're expanding the space soon so looking forward to coming back to experience that.
Robots lead you to your seat. Their menu is extensive with ramen, fried rice, yakiramen, sushi rolls, and donburis. Your food will be brought to you on a fast conveyor beat. The sushi conveyor belt had rotating dolls on it that you can purchase - It's a little weird. The servers were good at filling out waters and asking if we needed anything. Their Chirashi Don was good. But the experience is pretty expensive. It's about $25 per person. It's worth a try but unfortunately not a 5/5 star rating for me.
It was a busy Friday night, but we had a reservation and we were directed to our table fast. The restaurant was clean and had a very friendly atmosphere. Service was fast and all the servers were nice. After placing our order on the tablet, the food was delivered by the train quickly. We had the Yellowtail Sashimi, Chirashi, Curry Ramen, Uni, Escolar and a Nigori sake to round it out. They all tasted fresh and delicious.. We are definitely making Kiraku out go to place to eat. *Update* We went back Sat @7:30 and the experience was not so great. We sat down and ordered. The place was full and busy.Service this time was slow and not very good. Food took awhile to be delivered. Appetizers came after the main course. We had to ask for the hot tea 3 times before it made it to our table. Not a pleasant experience.
